Please join Tamara Kittelson and Sammie Wakefield in Albuquerque, New Mexico for a deep dive into the multi-joint muscles affecting the hips, pelvis and spine, with their cascading impact on posture in sitting and lying. We will be sharing theory the first morning, followed by three lab opportunities where you will experience this kind of positioning for yourself with colleagues, and gain in-depth understanding of the issues and how to share them through use of a simplified anatomical model.
